Final pricing is subject to site assessment, material availability, and a signed written agreement.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and site conditions discovered during project execution.
All payment terms, deposit requirements, milestone schedules, and final payment conditions are subject to the signed written project agreement. No work will commence without an authorized deposit as outlined in the project contract. Master Scapes reserves the right to halt work or withhold project completion in the event of non-payment.
All designs, plans, renderings, photographs, and content produced by Master Scapes remain the intellectual property of Lifestyle Landscape Design & Construction Inc unless otherwise transferred in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for any purpose without express written consent.
Master Scapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Master Scapes is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, underground utilities, third-party delays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather, acts of God, or supply chain disruptions).
Warranty terms, if applicable, are specified in the individual project contract. No warranty is implied or granted through this website. Industry-standard workmanship is maintained on all projects; however, natural materials (stone, concrete, pavers) are subject to normal weathering and settling over time.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Stanislaus County, California.
